The meeting commenced at 4:04 p.m.

A roll call was conducted prior to the commencement of moving into closed session.

    That the City of Greater Sudbury move to Closed Session to deal with one Personal Matters (Identifiable Individual(s)) / Labour Relations or Employee Negotiations item regarding the 2025 budget and one addendum to deal with one Litigation or Potential Litigation / Solicitor-Client Privilege item regarding a construction project in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, par. 239(2)(b), (d), (e) and (f).

    CARRIED

    At 4:05 p.m., the Finance and Administration Committee moved into Closed Session.

At 6:31 p.m., the Finance and Administration Committee commenced the Open Session.

A roll call was conducted.

Councillor Cormier, as Vice-Chair of the Closed Session, reported that the Committee met in Closed Session to deal with one Personal Matters (Identifiable Individual(s)) / Labour Relations or Employee Negotiations item regarding the 2025 budget and one addendum to deal with one Litigation or Potential Litigation / Solicitor-Client Privilege item regarding a construction project in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, par. 239(2)(b), (d), (e) and (f). Two direction emanated from the meeting.

Kevin Fowke, Interim Chief Administrative Officer, provided two electronic presentations the first regarding the 2025 Budget Readoption and the second regarding the 2025 Corporate Services Budget. 

Councillor Leduc arrived at 6:47 p.m. 

Tony Cecutti, General Manager of Growth and Infrastructure, provided an electronic presentation regarding the 2025 Growth and Infrastructure Budget.

At 8:13 p.m., Committee recessed.

At 8:22 p.m., Committee reconvened.

Carl Jorgenson, General Manager of Conservation Sudbury provided an electronic presentation regarding the 2025 Conservation Sudbury Budget.
