For the purpose of convenience and for expediting meetings, matters of business of repetitive or routine nature are included in the Consent Agenda, and all such matters of business contained in the Consent Agenda are voted on collectively.


A particular matter of business may be singled out from the Consent Agenda for debate or for a separate vote upon the request of any Councillor. In the case of a separate vote, the excluded matter of business is severed from the Consent Agenda, and only the remaining matters of business contained in the Consent Agenda are voted on collectively.


Each and every matter of business contained in the Consent Agenda is recorded separately in the minutes of the meeting.

This report provides a recommendation regarding the appointment of a candidate to fill a vacancy on the Greater Sudbury Public Library Board.

A report to follow will provide an update on service changes and community response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This report provides a recommendation regarding the approval of $1.457 Million of Capital funding to replace the roof at 1960 Paris Street. A tender SHO21-100 was issued and the lowest tender bid received exceeds the approved budget. This report identifies a potential funding source and seeks authorization to proceed with the project.

This by-law authorizes the sale of part of a closed road allowances to an abutting land owner and delegates authority to sign all documents necessary to effect the sale.
