Rules for Transportation Master Plan Public Input Meeting
  • Those persons who have contacted the Clerk's Office to have their names placed on the Speaker's List will go first, in the order that they appear. The Chair will then ask if members of the audience wish to speak.
  • When your name is called please come to the podium, then state your name and identify your interest.
  • In order to allow as many people as possible an opportunity to speak, speakers are limited to a maximum of five (5) minutes for their remarks.
  • Please address all your remarks through the Chair of the Meeting.
  • At the end of your presentation, please remain at the podium should Members of Council have any questions.
  • Audience members are asked to respect meeting decorum.
