Council will consider, by way of one resolution, the resolutions emanating from the February 15, 2023 Finance and Administration Committee meeting in relation to the Water and Wastewater Budget, which will be posted online following the meeting. Any questions regarding the resolutions should be directed to Councillor McIntosh, Chair, Finance and Administration Committee.

A By-Law of the City of Greater Sudbury to Amend By-law 2018-45 being a By-law to Establish Water and Wastewater Policy and Water and Wastewater Rates and Charges in General and for Special Projects


Refer to Finance and Administration Committee Agenda of February 15, 2023


This by-law amends By-law 2018-45 to incorporate fee changes and any necessary related changes to the text of the By-law.
