(RECOMMENDATION PREPARED)
(Staff in Greater Sudbury Development Corporation, working with Engineering, wish to access funding from the Industrial Park Reserve Fund to engage a consultant to perform preliminary assessments, or conceptual/preliminary designs, for all major industrial areas across Greater Sudbury - private and public - in order to determine the extent and cost of infrastructure upgrades needed at an order of magnitude level under current Engineering Design Guidelines.)
