  • When your name is called please come to the podium, then state your name and identify your interest.
  • In order to allow as many people as possible an opportunity to speak, you are asked to limit your remarks to a maximum of five (5) minutes.
  • Please address all your remarks through the Chair of the Meeting.
  • At the end of your presentation, please remain at the podium should Members of the Finance Committee require clarification concerning your remarks or have any questions. Again, please direct your response through the Chair.
