3. Greater Sudbury Watershed Alliance - By-law Restricting the Use of Fertilizers with Phosphorus

(The Greater Sudbury Watershed Alliance are requesting a by-law to restrict the use of fertilizers with phosphorus to prevent the growth of blue-green algae in the lakes of Greater Sudbury.

A presentation was made to the Lakes Advisory Panel on April 7, 2011 by the Greater Sudbury Watershed Alliance and the Panel recommended that the presentation be made to the Policy Committee.)
