(This report addresses Council's request, at the Finance and Administration meeting of July 7, 2015, for staff to prepare a detailed report on the grant allocation to community groups and organizations. The report includes a five year summary of the grant allocation from various City departments to the community groups identified in the Council report of July 7th, purpose of the grant, and other general information.)
The Chair of the Finance and Administration Committee will review each of the items placed in the Parking Lot. The consensus of Council will be required for each item listed in the Parking Lot.
