RULES FOR PUBLIC INPUT MEETING

  • Those persons who have contacted the Clerk’s Office to pre-register to have their names placed on the Speakers’ List will speak, in the order that they appear.
  • When your name is called please come to the podium, then state your name and identify your interest.
  • In order to allow as many people as possible an opportunity to speak, speakers are limited to a maximum of twenty (20) minutes for their remarks.
  • Please address all your remarks through the Chair of the Meeting.
  • At the end of your presentation, please remain at the podium should Members of Council have any questions.
  • Audience members are asked to respect meeting decorum.
