(OFAI) to improve the City's full time Firefighter recruitment process. Like other urban cities in Ontario, the OFAI provides a consistent and cost effective means of recruiting full time Firefighters in Ontario cities.)

These initiatives are collaborative and include working with CLAC executives, Volunteer members, and Fire Administration to identify areas for improvement, capturing more interest in the local communities, and developing a framework for future recruitment in alignment with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.)
