4. Report dated April 22, 2008 from the General Manager of Infrastructure Services regarding Sewer Use By-law - Draft Update.

(RECOMMENDATION PREPARED)
(The City’s existing Sewer Use By-Law was developed in 1973 and staff are recommending that as such it is in need of substantial update in order to more effectively regulate discharges to our wastewater collection systems and facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements.)
