At 4:02 p.m., the Audit Committee moved into Closed Session.

The following resolution was presented:

    Seconded ByCouncillor Cormier

    Resolution to move to Closed Session to deal with one (1) Security of Municipal Property item regarding the One-Stop Shop in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, par. 239(2)(a).

Councillor Cormier reported that the Committee met in Closed Session to deal with one (1) Security of Municipal Property item regarding the One-Stop Shop in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, par. 239(2)(a). No direction or resolution emanated form this meeting.
