    THAT the City of Greater Sudbury controls the intersection of Estelle Street at Eclipse Crescent with a stop sign facing westbound traffic on Eclipse Crescent as outlined in the report entitled “Traffic Control – Estelle Street at Eclipse Crescent”, from the General Manager of Growth and Infrastructure, presented at the Operations Committee meeting on May 15, 2023;

    AND THAT the City of Greater Sudbury directs staff to prepare a by-law to amend Traffic and Parking Bylaw 2010-1 in the City of Greater Sudbury to implement the recommended changes.

Councillor Fortin, on behalf of Councillor Montpellier, presented a Members’ Motion in regards to a request for a review and speed limit analysis of Simmons Road, which will be presented at the next Operations Committee meeting.
