Progress Report - Service Enhancements for Persons Experiencing Homelessness

This report provides a resolution regarding continued operation of a low barrier shelter and provides a progress update on the service enhancements for persons experiencing homelessness that were implemented as approved by Council on November 23, 2021.

Sole Source- Off the Street Emergency Shelter Program

This report provides a recommendation to approve a sole source, five-year agreement with the Canadian Mental Health Association - Sudbury/Manitoulin for the continued operation of the Off the Street low barrier emergency shelter program.

This report provides a recommendation regarding the approval for a sole source agreement with the Centre de Santé Communautaire du Grand Sudbury for continued delivery of Housing Navigator positions.
