221 Linden Drive, Hanmer

This report provides a recommendation regarding an application to extend a temporary use by-law in order to continue the use of a garden suite for an additional period of three years.

6040 Municipal Road 80, Hanmer

This report provides a recommendation with respect to applications to rezone a northerly portion of the subject lands to “R1-5”, Low Density Residential One and to subdivide the lands in order to facilitate the creation of 36 urban residential dwelling lots that are to be accessed from Collette Street and St. Isadore Street in the community of Hanmer.

This report provides recommendations regarding applications for Official Plan and zoning amendments in order to permit the conversion of a rooming house into a 46-unit multiple dwelling.

Consent Agenda
