Resolution to move to Closed Session to deal with two (2) Proposed or Pending Acquisition or Disposition of Land Matters, the first regarding Pine Street and the second regarding First Avenue, Levack in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, par. 239(2)(c).

This report provides a recommendation regarding an application to extend a temporary use by-law in order to continue the use of a garden suite for an additional period of three years.

This report provides a recommendation with respect to applications to rezone a northerly portion of the subject lands to “R1-5”, Low Density Residential One and to subdivide the lands in order to facilitate the creation of 36 urban residential dwelling lots that are to be accessed from Collette Street and St. Isadore Street in the community of Hanmer.
