This report provides a recommendation regarding an application for rezoning in order to permit a six-storey retirement home with 150 guest rooms. This report is presented by Mauro Manzon, Senior Planner. Letter(s) of concern from concerned citizen(s).

This report provides a recommendation regarding an application for rezoning to “M1(S)”, Mixed Light Industrial/Service Commercial Special, to permit the continued operation of the existing business with an additional snow storage area. This report is presented by Wendy Kaufman, Senior Planner.

This report provides a recommendation regarding an application to rezone the subject lands to an amended “C2(71)”, General Commercial Special in order to recognize an existing single-detached dwelling and permit the addition of five residential dwelling units on the second floor of the existing general commercial building. The rezoning of the lands would also remove an animal shelter, automotive accessories store, automotive repair shop, automotive sales establishment, dry cleaning establishment and a place of amusement as permitted uses in favour of the added residential uses. Site-specific relief to reduce the number of required parking spaces from 30 to 26 parking spaces is also being sought. This report is presented by Glen Ferguson, Senior Planner.
