This report provides a recommendation regarding an application for a temporary use by-law that has been submitted pursuant to Section 39 of the Planning Act in order to permit the temporary use of the existing building located at 828 Beatrice Crescent, Sudbury by a motion picture staging and equipment rental company for a period of three (3) years. This report provides a recommendation regarding an application for rezoning in order to amend Zoning By-law 2010-100Z from "R2-3”, Low Density Residential Two to “R3(S)”, Medium Density Residential Special in order to recognize the existing multiple dwelling having twelve residential dwelling units and to facilitate the addition of four new residential dwelling units within the basement level of the existing residential building.
